Good optometrists. My grip was with the NO prices on the frames, and the "surprise" weekend sale. I'm sure the price of the frames was not what the sales person initially indicated - so we were frustrated.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I like the fact that even though I haven't been there in a few years, she always seems to remember me and my family!! I also like the fact that she's like a part of the neighborhood and community, her kids play on local rec teams so you get to see her as a person and not just your doctor. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They are so courteous when it comes to offering glasses repairs or adjustments. They'll fix them right in front of you, no waiting necessary.
