Their staff very friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying.
