Yes

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. misdiagnosed without xraying my foot said I have arthritis,told me to put a corn donut on my hammer toe,told me to ice my heel & said nothing about my painful bunion? I went for a 2nd opinion, he took an xray, said I DID NOT have arthritis, he tested my feet for nerve damage I had none(Krausse did not check for nerve damage) New Dr. gave me a shot for my painful heel.I DO NOT have a heel spur if I did & left undiagnosed by Krausse I would have gotten worse by neglecting it I am having surgery to repair my foot by new Dr.He is also going to redo my right foot that Krausse did because the hammer toe was never straight & bunion correction after his surgery because Krausse did not put a pin in it to keep it straight?I have renewed confidence in my new dr KRAUSE was negligent in my care & diagnosis and surgical procedures.Older woman with short blonde hair is the rudest, obnoxious woman I have ever met in a professional office.I have nothing good to say about this place Shame on you Krausse
