Dr McGowan is excellent, spent all the time I needed and answered all of my questions. His admin staff, on the other hand, is always rude and does not understand the concept of a "customer". For example the admin answers the phone by saying "hold on". That's it, just "hold on". No "good morning". No "how may I help you". She seems annoyed that you bothered her. This has happened on both of my contacts with this office - two years apart. The last time, I did not "hold on". I called the O.D. 7 miles up the road and took my business there.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes, extremely spacious

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
