They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Alfred Parchment, MD was very thorough and informative. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
