I went one time and that was enough. This is extremely personal but i'm going to share it so that way no one has the experience that i did. First time seeing a male doctor but it's really difficult to find a woman doctor so i thought i'd give it a try. I was very uncomfortable with my problem After having a baby i now leak. I would have to change my underwear like 3-4 times a day. I lived with it for a year and i decided to go to gyno. Well i told Mr. williams so he tells me to cough to see how bad this was. Since this does not happen to 20 year old women. Well i did and his response "oh well it's not that much." Are you kidding me? i've been living with this problem for a year and that's the first thing he said to me. That's it. No solution at all. So what do i have to live with this now!! I was so angry and hurt. Never returned again to that place.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
