Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was very inconsiderate of them. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

Definitely not. My child usually isn't seen for over a month

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
