The appointment started out fine. The checkup was good and he seems to know what he is talking about, but as soon as we stepped into his frame shop he turned into a complete salesman... To the point that it became very uncomfortable. After getting a price for glasses and the appointment, I decided that the price for the glasses was too steep and I would get them elsewhere. As soon as I told him this, he gave me a blatant attitude, made several comments about wasting his time, and rushed us to checkout. He was very rude and unprofessional. He is a doctor first and foremost and as soon as he crossed the line to pushy salesman, he lost his credibility in my eyes. I was disgusted in his demeanor and his attitude and will definitely not return.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

After the checkup Dr advised me to get next 1-year supply for my son from this company which makes special lenses and had me pay 50% in advance. 2 weeks later, when we went for fittings (after my follow-up calls), he had me pay the rest because he was placing the order now. So, I paid him another $200 (100%). I never heard from the doctor or his staff after that point. When I call a month later, the nurse says 'the doctor is on vacation and you can get your update only when he returns next week'. When I argued with her that my son has worn his only pair past its time and his eyes were hurting, she said she can't do much and I have to wait for the doctor to return or call her. When the Dr got back to me later that day, he said that there was some misunderstanding and my son was supposed to call-up and let him know that the lenses were working fine for him before the final order was places. Anyways, the order will be ready in 1 week. So, why did we pay 100% before the confirmation?

In terms of fitting glasses he's fine - I must be fair. However, after the examination he picked out a pair of glasses (for reading) that were $80.00 over my insurance plan; and we have an excellent one. I told him I don't want to pay for anything that is not covered. The glasses I finally purchased were $350.00, that was good enough for me. That's when he became annoyed. I asked him, aren't these good glasses? His reply, for a lousy $80.00 you could have gotten better ones. At this point he tries to sell me sun glasses and I tell him I have some. He requests to see them and tells me how I over paid for the sun glasses and all the time I'm thinking to myself - I got to get out of here. And finally, I went to pay for my co-pay with my debit card. It came to $30 - again with the rude comment "It cost me $5 to collect $30, don't you have cash?"


Today I picked up my glasses and they are OK - no complaints. But will I ever return -- NEVER. He has lost a customer and I will not recommend him.

I switched to another doctor and he got very upset, he even called me to ask for an explanation. The new doctor asked for my old file information which he refused to acknowledge. It's almost like he is taking it personally. Not very professional from my point of view.

i did not want to purchase contacts from him again cause he defintely overcharges pper box. almost like 300 bucks for 4 boxes when i could buy it online from 1800contacts for half the price. so i told him i didn't wanna buy contacts from him and he got upset and gave me a HUGE bill for stupid things such as using his contact solution, "free trial" contacts and a contact case, he charged me $130 bucks extra if i didnt buy contacts from him. so i was forced to buy boxes from him otherwise it wouldnt have been worth it. overall, GO TO SOMEONE ELSE!!
