I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
