He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I go to Dr Zimmerman for maintenance medication. I go to college and live on campus, not near her office. Because it's maintenance med, I am need to be seen very other month, and must have blood tests done at these times, which is very difficult. If I don't go right when I need the meds, I must go without. Yet, I am supposed to not lapse... very frustrating. She's not very accommodating. Also, it's a script that must be notched up to the correct level (I am new to this medicine) it needs to be increased over normal intervals. I was up to 70mils per dose and she wrote me a prescription for 50 mils. Getting the script and getting it filled as difficult, due to my not being anywhere near her office, so family helps out. Mom brought me the script to campus and it's the lower dose. Now, I've been without the med for nearly 5 days! Every two month when I need a refill it's a circus! Non-supportive staff, as they all look hopeless and place blame on patient, when it's them, all around. Her and her staff's management of my case and the meds is poor. I feel there's over-management and she says she needs to see me just to hit up the insurance.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

I can't say enough positive things about this wonderful, dedicated, caring, thorough professional. I've never, ever met a doctor who not only read through every piece of paper I filled out, but followed through with questions, recommendations, referrals, tests, etc. I get follow-up calls from her staff. I get calls after hours from the doctor herself. I used to live in NYC and I was spoiled by the quality and amount of medical care that is available there. I was so pleasantly surprised and relieved to find Dr. Zimmermann. She is a godsend and I cannot recommend her more highly.
