I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan.
