They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

Physician: she's great and took the time to answer all our concerns. I would continue to have her as our primary and gladly recommend her except...

Staff: I prefer an educated and professional staff if they're going to touch my child =)

As a future physician (in a couple of months), it's troubling that the nursing staff aren't up to speed on answering questions regarding immunizations. My daughter required a 2 month vaccination visit, but the staff were adamant that my daughter required 2 separate visits to break up the 5 required shots (2 at 6weeks and 3 at 10 weeks). I quoted the CDC guidelines and the not-so-friendly staff member (who obtained the info from the nursing manager) stated that they use the guidelines from the AAP! WHERE DO YOU THINK THE AAP GET THEIR GUIDELINES FROM!? Unless you're a parent uncomfortable getting the vaccinations at once, it's SAFE and RECOMMENDED that you get all your vaccines at the 2,4,6 mo visits. In fact, most physicians will argue that going through 3 sets of shots in the first year is less traumatic than getting 6 sets of shots by following this office's guidelines!! I can only think of one other reason why they would do this...
