Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kid,to the extent that she has grown and it would be very difficuit to get another Doctor like Dr. Lozano. My daughter trust him very much whenever she is sick. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. He's the best for kids, and treat them like family.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
