They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away . They had signs in the waiting room designating areas for "sick" and "well" children, but I didn't really notice anyone following it. It wasn't really enforced and the signs weren't that noticeable. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. The office was easy enough to find. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was a little disappointed with how uninviting the examining rooms were. They should have made more of an effort to make the examining rooms inviting to children. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
