They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
