The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
