The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
