They were friendly and made me feel at home. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
