They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
