During one of the worst times of my life ALL the staff and doctors showed sincere concern and compassion! They we there for me every step of the way and treated me as though I was a friend not a number or "mere" patient. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster. When my GP would take me for an appointment I went to Dr. Zadrensky's office and they took me right away. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. I went a day early or so to my "appointment" (and when I found my card at home the office was right) Dr.Zabrensky said they could fit me in :) They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered.
