Horrible customer service making the cost of their services even more ridiculous. Refused to work with me to get my prescription correct. Dr. Albert stated that if I hadn't heard from his office by a certain day that I should call them. When I did call, my questions were handled by the office manager who was incredibly rude. She contradicted herself three different times in the same conversation, with the bottom line being that she was blatantly untruthful. Dishonest, expensive, rude...go somewhere else for your eyecare. Don't make the same mistake I did.
