Dr. Talkington and his staff are always helpful and knowledgeable, and I have always been completely satisfied with the service I receive. The office hours are convenient, and they always make repairs quickly and efficiently. They also have a great selection of frames, and the prices are very reasonable.

They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
