I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

Dr. Redleaf is an excellent practitioner. He seems to have an intuitive grasp of my physical problems, as well as an extensive professional knowledge. His manner is always polite and warm. Occasionally I have had to wait for my appointments, but never for more than 15 minutes, usually less.
