I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Dr Rogers helped me make an educated decision about surgery and I feel confident that I will be as good as new in no time!

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
