Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My wife and I had appointments but people with no appointments were seen before us and these were people that arrived after us. I have many medical problems and can't sit for long, it is a long walk for me from the parking lot to his office and I'm very sore at the end of the walk. This Dr. Is excellent, it is his staff and reception that is ruining his practice. We overheard them say they will hide a file from the Dr., they took our files and put them where the dr. would not pull them in order. Why should anyone book and appointment if they don't honor it. His staff should be fired. We waited an hour and walked out. We tried to call the dr. but do you really think his staff will give him the message. I hope he reads this.

They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was nice to see how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
