The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. They give full attention to me when i walk in the door until I'm done and leave their office. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They are excellant at determine my insurance coverage by accessing my provider's website.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
