I like Dr. Herzog and have recommended him to people. BUT his receptionist is very unprofessional. I have had to schedule my tests where I want them done. I have had to get copies of my tests sent to the office. She doesn't return phone calls and when she does, it is a week later. I feel like I am doing her job for her and a much better job at that. And I repeatedly have to wait a week to have a prescribtion called in, to the point that my pharmacy is giving me emergency refills. There refill message says 2 business days, but since she has started it is closer to a week. He really did an outstanding job making sure every single question I had was answered thoroughly and completely. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.
I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

It takes a while to see him the first time, but it is worth the wait. He is very professional, he diagnosed my daughter with her illness after the first visit (she had seen numerous neurologist for several years who did not). Excellent "bedside manner". Highly recommend to anyone who need a neuro-endocrinologist.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
