They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
