It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
Dr Curtis was very nice, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, Definitely would recommend him

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
