The waiting room is dark and dirty. The office girls are rude and very unpleasant. The average wait to just get in to a room was 45min, then you wait some more. Out of all the visits I took to this office for 6 months I only saw my doctor one time (I did like her) while the random people that were always covering her hardly listened to my ongoing issues, would interrupt me talking, talked down to me and made me feel like my issue was all in my head. I ended up going to a OBGYN right down the street and ended up having surgery to fix what was going on and I have never felt better thank god. Besides all the other issues here I hope they start listening to their patients so nobody goes thru what I did. I would not have given them any stars but I had to give at least one.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

I've always had to wait once I checked in. One time I waited in the exam room over an hour... they said they had an emergency, but never bothered to come into the room to tell me this. Had tests done over 3 weeks ago and can't get anyone to call me back about the results. Nurse says calls returned within 24 hours... I've called twice with no response. I'm post menopausal so I only go for my yearly exam. Only actually seen Dr. Corsini once when I needed a procedure done. I felt she was very knowledgable, but customer service by the staff is HORRIBLE!!!

Dr. Corsini is the ONLY OBGYN I've ever been comfortable seeing. When I wanted to switch birth control methods she took the time to explain all the pros and cons to me and help me make an informed decision. She also loves to get feedback from her patients about new methods (I was switching to nuva ring when it first came out) so that she can provide all of her patients with not just a medical perspective but a patient perspective as well. The office can run behind by an hour, however, that tends to be less of a problem if you book an early appointment. Unfortunetly doctors cannot help the problems their patients will bring in with them, and to me it's a sign that they are willing to fully address concerns rather than just rush people off to stay on schedule.
