I'm just another client to them. The wait time is over an hour long to see the doctor, he never runs on time. The staff was not very helpful , in fact they are extremely rude at times. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. He is a very caring doctor & well worth waiting for.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
