They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

The waiting time in the office or exam room is much too long

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. I have to say despite the cold waiting room, Dr. Colden was the best surgeon. I was so worried about the scar I would have across my neck, Now I wish I asked more questions instead about what it would be like without my Thyroid. No scar he is a perfectionist. I highly reccomend this Dr.Colden. I really am happy with his services.

I was happy with the chairs they had in their waiting area. They were so comfortable that I didn't mind waiting. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
