They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. Dr. Greiner is thorough and makes it a point to explain any vision issues he finds. The downside is that he doesn't meet his appointment times. The office was very easy to locate.

Jack V. Greiner is a top quality ophthalmologist, expert eye researcher and publisher of many scientific journal articles; Google him. I have gone consistently to him for 20 years, despite the travel of over an hour. He has the right tools and tests, and does only the procedures that are called for. He is precise, and will explain things if pushed. He really knows his stuff and cares passionately about his patients.

When I had a partial vision disappearance in one eye (a surprise retinal separation) on Saturday, he immediately came to the office from a family ceremony to see me. He then got to work Saturday and Sunday to set me up with the best referral retinal specialist he knew, to see me immediately. My retina was reattached soon, with total vision restored.

Yes, he takes insurance, and his office staff is courteous and helpful. I strongly recommend him.
