They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are friendly and nice. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I don't know the exact prices here as I am permantly disabilitied and it all gets covered by my insurance...sorry can't help you with that. Also the office in Milford is on the 2nd floor of a 2story office building and although there isn't an elevator the stairs arent too steap or hard to manage.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
