Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did your eye exam hurt at all?
Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Dr. Kofos and his staff made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very professional and make an eye exam a pleasant experience. I have been been seeing Dr. Kofos for years and I find him very amiable and creating a friendly atmosphere during the exam. My only negative is it is sometimes very hard to reach his office by phone - it sometimes takes several calls to get through.
