I was nervous going in because I saw some reviews that said his staff was rude and unhelpful. That was not the case at all. Everyone in the office was courteous and professional. Hopefully I won't have to, but if I did then I wouldn't think twice before scheduling another appointment with dr. Namon.

Absolutely, they took everything I had to say very seriously
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Without a doubt!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
