They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

During my visits, Dr. Hartman and staff were very professional. My family was pleased that I chose him to perform my surgery. He even called my dad long distance and explained the pre surgical pocedure, surgery and post surgical procedures to him!

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
