There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
