Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up.
