Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I'

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I would recommend Dr. D, he is amazing Orthopedic Surgeon.
