They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
