Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
