There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
