I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Schauder seemed very knowledgable and was so easy to talk with. His staff was great. I ended up needing surgery. (He discovered the reason behind 60 years of knee pain.) The surgery was good and I was back on my feet in far less time than I anticipated. Follow up visits couldn't have been better. Walking without knee pain for the first time in 60 years. And he made it all seem so easy.
