I really appreciated the time Dr Rattay and his staff took to listen to my questions and concerns. He did a wonderful job of giving me explanations to my problems and thoroughly explained my options with me. I'd heard nothing but good things about him and that's why I'd requested him. I had an xray of my left shoulder and when Dr. Rattay saw them, he noticed that the shoulder joint needed replaced, of which I agreed to. He then had his scheduling person set me up to have it replaced on March 26th of this year. Everyone was very professional and kind.

Overall I had a very pleasant and very stastfying experience. Since surgery I have been following Dr Rattay's instructions and have been having no problems at all with my rehab back to my normal usage of my thumb.

Appointment went just as I'd expected. Didn't have to wait in waiting room long to see doctor. Treatment he gave me was great. Hip is feeling much better, pain is gone. I'll be back when I need.

Although the wait time was a little longer than usual it was not out of line. Dr. Rattay was very professional and explained and answered all my question in a manner that was easy for me to understand. I wold recommend Dr. Rattay to any family member of fiends.
