My husband and I both have been seem by Dr Robert Paul. My husband much more than me. Dr. Paul (both of them), his associates, the nurses and the office staff have honestly been the greatest if not a cut above. We have had occasion that we have sat past our appointment time. We were also offered to see another Dr. if we chose. And of course we could always reschedule. What we decided, of course, was our decision. Our thoughts have always been that if he was running behind there was a reason. If it was because of a medical emergency, we would have wanted him to take the time needed to help us/or loved one, no matter how long it took him. He has never shorted us on a visit and we have always been very comfortable with our visit. He is an excellent Doctor but maybe more important he is a fantastic Human Being. Respect begets respect. We recommend him to everyone we know and those that have seen him have all been very satisfied.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
