I went to Dr Kafalas' office back in '04. The office was friendly, and effiecient. I went for 5-6 treatments in a row to treat a knee condition. He said it may last only 2 years and we can consider what to do next then. The knee was able to function again, and my chronic pain subsided. Well here it is 7 yrs later, and its time to see what comes next. I appreciated the treatment and the lengthy repreive from pain & limited mobility. The distance from the parking lot seems far when you are dealing with a mobility issue...but all good, I'll bring crutches.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
