There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
