Dr. Weiss is very thorough in answering all questions. He is patient in explaining the nature of the medical condition and proposed procedures. His operation skills are excellent. I feel comfortable and welcome to followup with any questions. His staff is exceptionally competent, friendly and welcoming. They are kind and professional, and help make the visit pleasant. All my questions were answered, giving me a good basis for making judgements about my future health and well-being.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult, but you may be on hold for a while since it is understaffed, and what staff there is is not very competent. Their office is sort loud and always too hot as there are so many patients waiting in such a small area. I couldn't hear what anyone was saying over the noise. They usually return my phone calls quickly, though there have been times when I have not been called to let me know that a prescription was ready to get picked up. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my questions. The doctor really knows his stuff and takes the time and makes the effort when he is with you. The problem is that sometimes you may have to wait well over and hour before you are seen. Too small of an office for the amount of patients seen. Dr. overbooks (3 at a time!). Sort of a dirty office too (old). I give the doctor a rating of 4.5, but everything else is a 1 or 2.
