Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
